This cooking class program offers base knowledge of the essential Thai vegetables and fruits. Participants engage in hands-on preparation of spicy Thai salads and classical dishes, gaining valuable insights into Thai culinary traditions.
The cooking class includes the creation of curry paste from scratch, enhancing participants’ culinary expertise. Each student receives personalized, hands-on training to master the art of Thai cuisine. Our flexible approach allows dishes to be adapted to individual tastes or vegetarian preferences.
After the class students can taste their creations and receive a complimentary recipe book for at-home replication. Each participant is provided with individual equipment – wok and stove – ensuring a professional and personalized learning environment. Our commitment is to offer a comprehensive and enjoyable culinary education for all.
