  • Special Seafood Program includes introduction to the ingredients, overview of typical Thai seafood, preparation of spicy Thai salads and other dishes of classical Thai cuisine.
  • Each student of the cooking class receives the hands on training necessary to master the art of Thai cuisine.
  • Students will have a chance to taste what they cook after the cooking class and receive a free recipe book.
  • Every student is provided with individual utensils, wok and stove.

Note:

We provide 10-12 shrimps, 1 big snapper, 3-5 squids depending on size (per person).
Each student can select 3-4 dishes from the menu below:
